The one thing about repair vs. new construction, is that something will be unexpected. We have the experience to anticipate the normal problems, but until you are actually there with the hammer in hand, you can only give your best estimate.
    Some repairs/maintenance are "normal". For example: repairing a sheetrock hole. Others require an on-site visit and estimate. We gladly provide estimates. We do not charge for estimates for residential customers. We do, however, charge for estimates for commercail businesses and will apply that total to the job when it is approved.

Project vs. Hourly
    We charge according to the type of job. n some repairs, it is a flat hourly rate. Often customers choose to hire us for the day (8 hours) or haft-day (4 hours). We agree upon the "to-do" list which is often made up of lots of little items.

    We pride ourselves on our professionalism and that we are different from what you may consider your typical handyman.

• We carry general liability insurance
• We use computer generated invoices and accounting system
• Excellent at general repairs and we have specialty contractors that can be called upon as needed.
• We complete work in a timely manner
• We return your phone calls
• We show up when we are supposed to

    Plus, you will find our rates very reasonable. We are glad to work within predetermined budget limits and contact you for approval if a repair would go beyond these limits. Our job is to make your job easier.

    On larger jobs we give you a project price since it may take several trips to complete the entire job. We want to be fair. We want to be your handyman for as long as you have a roof over your head.
